In his new role, Santistevan will oversee all aspects of teaching, training, and contract compliance for the brand's global real estate advisors. He comes to Engel & Völkers after serving as Principal Broker for Keller Williams Utah Real Estate, where he was responsible for as many as 200 real estate professionals and their transactions over the last three years. Licensed as a broker for the past decade, Santistevan began his own career as an agent selling residential real estate to buyers and sellers more than two decades ago.
