Expert in sales methodologies, technology and processes to fuel next stage of innovation and growth

VantagePoint Performance today announced that it has promoted accomplished industry executive Eric Fraser to CEO to lead the company through its next phase of innovation and growth. Joe Terry will remain as a member of the board and as an advisor. VantagePoint Performance helps companies build world-class sales teams from the top down by delivering ground-breaking sales manager and salesperson training, consulting and diagnostics based in some of the deepest and broadest research conducted on sales managers and sellers.

Fraser will have overall responsibility for leading the company's worldwide business and he is well positioned to do so. He has spent over 20 years decoding the processes, tools, and challenges of Enterprise B2B Sales. In doing so, he has helped Fortune 100 clients and emerging, growing clients in the US, Latin America, Europe & Asia/Pac across a variety of industries. Eric has studied and enabled most of the major sales methodologies, and has helped clients balance new processes, new technology and culture change in a realistic, practical way in their sales organizations. He credits his experience with Accenture for teaching him about technology, Siebel for teaching him about Sales, and his time in Japan for teaching him about how people and companies adapt to major change.

"As we headed into the economic storm, we made adjustments like everyone else, but what we worked hard to preserve at all costs was our ability to help our clients in that same storm, and beyond it” said Fraser. “That priority—to continue to help our clients—was our guiding principle for every adjustment we made. Client feedback is very positive right now, but we’ll continue to listen and fine-tune, to keep us as one of their favorite, expert advisors. Joe Terry poured his energy into protecting clients’ interests and making our business strong enough to thrive after he moves on. It’s a selfless, servant-leadership approach. I’ll continue that approach here as the incoming CEO.”

"I'm proud of what we have accomplished as a team for all of our stakeholders, including our employees, clients and communities. With a healthy business, so much opportunity for continued strong growth and a successor who is ready to lead this company, it's the right time for the board to appoint Eric as CEO," said Michelle Vazzana, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. "Eric has an outstanding track record of achieving results and deep business and functional experience. VantagePoint Performance has a significant, ongoing opportunity to continue helping sales teams succeed, and we are confident this is an appropriate time to transition to a CEO with the skills to deliver on the opportunity ahead."

Prior to his current role as CEO, Fraser was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Infrastructure at VantagePoint Performance. Before that, he held numerous key roles at Altify, Kronos, Oracle and Accenture.
