Eric Fraser Promoted to VantagePoint Performance CEO; Joe Terry to Continue as Board Member

Expert in sales methodologies, technology and processes to fuel next stage of innovation and growth

VantagePoint Performance today announced that it has promoted accomplished industry executive Eric Fraser to CEO to lead the company through its next phase of innovation and growth. Joe Terry will remain as a member of the board and as an advisor. VantagePoint Performance helps companies build world-class sales teams from the top down by delivering ground-breaking sales manager and salesperson training, consulting and diagnostics based in some of the deepest and broadest research conducted on sales managers and sellers.

Fraser will have overall responsibility for leading the company's worldwide business and he is well positioned to do so. He has spent over 20 years decoding the processes, tools, and challenges of Enterprise B2B Sales. In doing so, he has helped Fortune 100 clients and emerging, growing clients in the US, Latin America, Europe & Asia/Pac across a variety of industries. Eric has studied and enabled most of the major sales methodologies, and has helped clients balance new processes, new technology and culture change in a realistic, practical way in their sales organizations. He credits his experience with Accenture for teaching him about technology, Siebel for teaching him about Sales, and his time in Japan for teaching him about how people and companies adapt to major change.

Prior to his current role as CEO, Fraser was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Infrastructure at VantagePoint Performance. Before that, he held numerous key roles at Altify, Kronos, Oracle and Accenture.
