OWINGS MILLS, Md., Jan. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- WPM Real Estate Management has promoted Erin Webb to Regional Property Manager for its Multifamily Real Estate division. Webb's experience managing complex multifamily and mixed-use properties, increasing and maintaining occupancy levels, and delivering superior service make her a natural choice to serve in a regional leadership role, ensuring WPM's commitment to delivering value to its clients.

Webb has over 15 years of experience in the multifamily residential industry. She joined WPM in 2018, where she was responsible for managing several of the firm's multifamily and student housing communities. She also was instrumental in ensuring smooth transition of ownership of a property for one of WPM's clients. Prior to joining WPM, Webb worked with Bozzuto management where she was primarily responsible for Class A lease up communities. She has also worked with Quest Management Group where she managed aging assets undergoing multi-million-dollar renovations, management acquisitions, and building sales.

A longtime resident of Baltimore City, she currently resides in Sparks, MD.
