Escapada Living Named to Inc.’s List of Fastest-Growing American Companies for Second Year in a Row

Mt. Pleasant, S.C. (PRWEB) August 20, 2015 -- Escapada Living, a women’s apparel and resort wear brand headquartered near Charleston, S.C., has been named to the 2015 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. This is the brand's second year in a row on the Inc. 500/ 5000 list.

Inc. magazine measured companies based on their growth from 2012 through 2014. For this period, Escapada reported 593 percent growth and 15 new jobs. The company garnered $7.1 million in revenue for 2014, a distinction that ranks Escapada at #760 on the national list and #7 for South Carolina. Other notable companies on the list include Ultra Mobile, Fitbit, Rewined Candles, Sky Zone, and PureCars.

Escapada received similar honors last year, coming in at #387 on the 2014 Inc. 500 list. Its collections are currently available at more than 2,000 international retailers and resorts, online, and at the Escapada Signature Store in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. The brand, known for its vibrant prints and island-inspired clothing, was founded by Natalia Castillo in 2009 and has 29 employees.
