WARRINGTON, Pa., March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- ESM will present three sessions at next month's Ellucian Live to share strategies for incorporating Ellucian Purchase, powered by ESM, into users' spend management processes.
Ellucian Live, a four-day conference for Ellucian customers, partners and employees, is April 7 to April 10 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans and will draw more than 8,000 attendees from 42 different countries and more than 1,300 institutions. Basketball superstar Shaquille O'Neal is among the keynote speakers. Ellucian is the world's leading provider of software and services for colleges and universities.
ESM-led sessions at Ellucian Live will highlight the strategic partnership forged between the two companies to help higher education institutions better track their spend.
In 2018, ESM was the first eProcurement provider to connect with Ellucian Ethos, a technology platform that allows for easy integration with users' Ellucian ERPs—Colleague and Banner—to ensure data flows seamlessly between the solutions. For its work on Ethos, ESM won Ellucian's 2018 Engagement Award.
And in February, Ellucian and ESM announced the launch of Ellucian Purchase, powered by ESM. The platform gives Ellucian customers access to an intuitive online shopping solution that automates the entire procure-to-pay process.

Learn how ESM is using Ethos Integration and Ethos Data Model APIs to integrate with Banner and Colleague much faster and more cost effectively to meet organization's procurement and accounts payable needs. Ellucian and ESM will present the results of their joint development efforts to modernize the integration for eProcurement and eInvoice functionality with the Ethos Platform.
- What's New with Ellucian Purchase is slated for 10:15 a.m., April 9. Learn what's new in Ellucian Purchase, powered by ESM, which provides the ability to request goods and services, create purchase orders and complete receiving documents that are delivered and integrated through the Ellucian Ethos Platform.
- Best Practices for Implementing Ellucian Purchase, powered by ESM, is planned for 9 a.m., April 10. Learn how the solution helps institutions achieve rapid deployment, rapid rollout, rapid adoption and rapid returns with ESM and a special guest customer presenter.
Ellucian Live participants also will be able to connect with ESM team members in Booth 545 in the Exhibit Hall.
April is shaping up to be a busy month for ESM. The team will participate in NAEP's 98th Annual Meeting from April 7 to April 10 in Kansas City, MO. For the fourth year, ESM will sponsor the event's Fun Run/Walk at 6:45 a.m., April 9.
