Turner brings a wealth of experience in eProcurement and spend management. She worked for five years as manager of professional services for Jaggaer, formerly SciQuest, another spend management provider.
During her time there, she coached her team of project managers, solution consultants and technical consultants. Through her leadership, she helped the team balance efficiency with customer satisfaction and manage expectations as clients requested new features. She also supported strategic initiatives at Jaggaer, including building a more flexible integration strategy, reducing implementation durations and improving value for customers.
