ESP Ultrasound is pleased to announce that Jean White-Melendez, RVT, RPhS, FSVU has been named program director. ESP Ultrasound is devoted to helping professionals achieve their credentials and enhance their overall ultrasound knowledge through comprehensive and adaptive courses.
Jean is nationally recognized as a premier expert in venous disease and vascular testing. She frequently lectures at the local, regional and national level, and has served as an application reviewer and site visitor for the Inter-societal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories. Jean has served on the Board of Directors of multiple vascular societies and foundations. Ms. White-Melendez was honored as a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound in 2014.

After more than twenty-six years at the helm of ESP Ultrasound, Sidney K. Edelman, Ph.D. has decided to step down as program director. “I know that Jean White-Melendez is the ideal ultrasound professional to lead ESP towards our future goals. With her leadership, skill, and energy, ESP Ultrasound will be poised to make significant and exciting progress. Jean has my respect and complete support.” said Dr. Edelman. He will continue as an advisor and instructor of ESP’s physics classes.
