During this black-tie affair the firm's top recruiting leader, Josh Mensinger, was named Young Professional of the Month. Many of Charlotte's elite attended, including high-level business executives, and members of the Charlotte Hornets organization. The networking event, organized by Eat Work Play CLT, garnered $10,000, used to directly benefit Smart Start of Mecklenburg County for Early Childhood Programs to support upward mobility.
During the opening ceremony, Josh Mensinger arrived in an Aston Martin and received recognition as Eat Work Play's Young Professional of the Month for September. Dave Holtzman, Partner at Search Solution Group, when asked to comment on Mensinger's achievements, stated:
