The new package combines Espresa's employee programs automation platform with a pre-qualified, premiere fitness and wellness provider network. Fitness in a Box will allow human resources (HR) and benefits teams to easily ramp up new health and wellness initiatives in as little as two weeks — and without any of the tedious manual processes typical to managing them.

A recent Marketpulse Research report from IDG, "Creating Business Impact Through Quality Workplace Programs," found that 92 percent of executives feel workplace programs improve business outcomes — 36 percent said "to a great extent." More than half (57 percent) cited increased employee morale as the top benefit, and 93 percent have experienced personal benefits.

Health and Wellness Programs Done Right in the Modern Digital Age
Espresa's Fitness in a Box package delivers turnkey onsite wellness programs to companies looking to make the most out of their wellness budgets. Instead of the tedious manual process HR and benefits teams have previously faced, Espresa's Fitness in a Box package offers employers:

In fact, Espresa has seen an increase of 19 percent in the number of programs offered per company in the last 12 months. In terms of fitness offerings, yoga is the most popular across companies, followed by HIIT, Zumba, pilates and TRX. For wellness offerings, the ranking is massage, meditation/mindfulness, chiro and acupuncture.
