Washington, DC (PRWEB) February 09, 2016 -- eTERA Consulting, an internationally recognized and award-winning leader in data and technology management, today announced the promotion of two key managers. Jerry Drew has been promoted to Managing Director, Global Operations and Kristin Sunderman has been promoted to Director, Client Delivery System (CDS).
In his new role, Drew will manage the operations of six key business divisions: CDS, information technology, development/process improvement, the operational components of eTERA’s managed review offering, Rev1ew One, and the company’s European division. Since joining the company in 2013, Drew built the successful Data Analyst Development Program which allowed the company to organically grow employees from within the organization, leading to more cohesive, productive and stronger teams. Drew also had a hand in increasing Electronically Stored Information (ESI) export speeds by 40% and reducing the storage footprint by 25%, resulting in significant cost-savings.
As the Director, CDS, Sunderman now oversees four divisions of the company: the Business Intelligence Analysts, the Invoicing Specialists, the Data Analyst Team, and the ESI Group. In her previous position as the ESI Specialist and Relativity Certified Administrator, Sunderman led the design and implementation of many processes that streamlined activity, documented events, and developed innovative procedures relevant to the eDiscovery infrastructures relied on by the company’s clients.
“It is an honor to be in a position where I can help shape and grow the company in a positive and impactful way,” Sunderman said. “As I assume more responsibility, I hope to empower our new talent to achieve their professional goals, thereby strengthening the eTERA family and solidifying our place as the industry’s top litigation consulting firm.”
These promotions are a result of the significant successes eTERA experienced in 2015 including growing revenue by 114% and increasing staff by 33%.
“Over the past several years, both Jerry and Kristin have demonstrated their strong ability to lead, provide excellent customer service and deliver quality work to our clients,” said eTERA’s President, Scott Holec. “In his tenure with us, Jerry discovered methods and technologies that have allowed us to streamline and automate our processes across all departments. His promotion certainly leaves big shoes to fill, but we are confident that Kristin is the right person for the job and will continue to provide our clients with customized solutions for any client delivery challenge.”
