An innovative platform that keeps consumers "in the Black" is inviting its community to invest in their ticketing platform
CHICAGO, April 20, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Eventnoire, an event management platform that embraces Black culture and community has raised over $1MM to date and for the first time, opens its crowdfunding campaign to the public, ensuring that people from the community have the opportunity to invest in a growing startup that prioritizes Black culture."
Eventnoire's track record includes being a 2022 Google Black Fouders Fund recipient and previous winner of Mountain Dew's Real Change Opportunity Fund Competition winner.
Chicago-based friends and entrepreneurs, Femi Masha and Jeff Osuji founded Eventnoire in 2018 to solve a problem that major ticketing platforms failed to do: prioritize the Black community and their social events while empowering creators or color. While other mainstream event platforms made it easy for the general consumers to find events, information was harder to come by for Black consumers looking for culturally relevant events.
The Black community and lovers of Black culture had to rely on each other to promote and find events in their community. With this knowledge, Osuji and Masha went to work creating a niche event ticketing platform that keeps consumers "in the Black" by connecting them to cultural events and experiences within their local communities. Eventnoire has been a game-changing ticketing partner for Black events and organizers.
To date, this growing startup has served more than 3,000 event curators and helped recycle over $5 million dollars back into its community. It focuses on helping event organizers, organizations, and companies that embrace the Culture realize incremental revenue for their events by sharing ticketing fees. Their technology enables organizers to create events and sell tickets seamlessly. It's the perfect ticketing partner for events and rewards loyal event hosts and community organizations with a percentage of ticket fees.
"We realized this was an opportunity to vertically integrate and launch a ticketing solution that actually recycled dollars back into organizations that worked with us as well as other event curators," explains co-Founder Jeff Osuji.
As of today, the Eventnoire platform has circulated hundreds of thousands of dollars in service fees back into the creator community. Now, Eventnoire is taking its commitment to the community one step further by allowing the community to invest in the platform through its crowdfunding investment campaign.
With over 47 million Black people in the United States, the group is estimated to have $1.8 trillion in buying power by 2024. Eventnoire is raising to launch Eventnoire Premium, a creator first SAAS platform to help brands partner with event curators seamlessly. Coupled with the lack of culturally relevant events and post-pandemic growth in the event industry, Eventnoire is carving out a niche and an opportunity for investors who want to get in on the ground level of the $94 billion global ticketing industry.
The crowdfunding investment opportunity is available through the end of May.
