ANNAPOLIS, Md., Nov. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- EVERYWHERE Communications, Inc. has launched a significantly enhanced user experience for the EVERYWHERE App, an integral part of the EVERYWHERE Communications platform.
Purpose-built for enterprise and government customers, the EVERYWHERE platform enables organizations with people who are in and out of cellular coverage to track and communicate with their teams deployed around the globe. The EVERYWHERE App works standalone in cellular and Wi-Fi environments. And for global satellite communications, it pairs with the EVERYWHERE EC-100, the inReach® Mini, SE+ and Explorer+ from Garmin.
Users of the EVERYWHERE App will now be able to access the following new features:
1. Enhanced Mapping and Team Tracking. This feature allows the viewer to see individual and team location with range and bearing to teammates, including highlighting teammates in SOS. This provides real time situational awareness.
2. New Feeds screen. This feature makes all messages and replies visible to every member of the team. This improves communications among deployed team members.
3. New status bar showing Bluetooth connectivity, active communications path, and Tracking status. This new feature makes it easy for users to know which method of connectivity they are currently using.
