Dallara will lead the firm's service delivery and business operations.

Dallara brings 25 years of experience supporting the federal government with senior leadership roles at both publicly traded defense contractors and privately held technology service providers. "Evoke will greatly benefit from Mike's proven success as an executive leader across a broad spectrum of our industry," said Evoke Managing Partner Jim Loreto. Most recently, Dallara served as the Executive Vice President at Cyber Defense Technologies. Previously he served as Sevatec's COO, Engility's Federal Civilian Senior Vice President and General Manager and has held leadership positions within L-3 Communications and Harris Corporation. Dallara earned a Master of Science from the National Defense University as an Industry Fellow and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
