The dividend will be payable to all holders of EvonSys common and preferred shares who are registered as stockholders at the close of business on August 31, 2026.
The announcement comes as EvonSys continues to strengthen the financial, governance and operating foundations supporting its next phase of growth. Alongside its preparations for the public markets, the Company is expanding its focus on AI-led transformation and intelligent automation solutions designed to help enterprises modernize complex operations.

Eligible stockholders may elect to receive their dividend in cash or shares by submitting an approved election form or through a designated electronic election platform. An appointed election and disbursing agent will administer the election process and distribute the dividend consideration.
Eligible stockholders may elect to receive their dividend either in cash at a rate of US$0.01 per share or in the form of additional EvonSys shares. For purposes of the stock dividend election, each share of EvonSys common stock will be valued at US$1.60 per share. The number of shares issuable to electing stockholders will be determined by dividing the value of the dividend otherwise payable to such stockholder by the stock dividend valuation of US$1.60 per share. The dividend is currently scheduled to be paid on September 8, 2026.
Stockholders will receive formal election materials containing the applicable procedures, submission deadline and other terms governing the dividend election. Stockholders should review these materials carefully before making their election.
