Over the past year, the Freehold-based company has been solidified as one of the premier Microsoft partners on the East Coast, having achieved the exclusive Gold competency across five separate disciplines. William will be leading Exelegent's new Government contracting division as well as assisting clients across the healthcare, finance, insurance, aerospace and defense, and life sciences industries.

William is a Captain in the US Army Signal Corps and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). During his time in the US Army, William served as an IT Department Lead, Project Manager, Networking and Server Manager, and Communications Planning Officer. William's private sector experience includes a variety of IT solutions management positions with industry leaders; Verisk, HBO, Time Warner, and Moody's Investor Services. Mr. Chu has additional experience as a civilian contractor, consulting on special projects for the Dept. Of the Navy and the Dept. Of the Air Force in information security management and systems engineering.
