MACOMB, Ill., August 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Even Bible experts can struggle to relate to the stories that depicted life over 3,000 years ago. It can be difficult to interpret the lessons to apply to current trends and culture.
In "Eddies of His Breath: Contemplations of the Word," Eric Ribbens explores key Bible lessons and expands on the stories to encourage readers to question them and embrace opportunities to reason with God and understand.
"These biblical reflections build on stories from the Bible, to encourage heartfelt discussion and thoughts about how God influences our daily lives," Ribbens said.
In addition to being an author, Ribbens is also a biology teacher at Western Illinois University. A lifelong Christian, he wrote this book to encourage others in their spiritual growth.
"The stories contained in the Bible are real stories," Ribbens said. "They are about a real God, who longs to reason with people. This book is a tool for readers to unravel them."
