CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand, Sept. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Hinemoa Pourewa's new poetic memoir, "Write It in the Hearts of Women: Tuhia ki te Ngākau o ngā Wahine" (published by Balboa Press AU), is dedicated to all of womankind, thanking them for their voice. Within it, the author shares her experiences as a survivor.
From the beginnings of a suburban reality in North Auckland, New Zealand, Pourewa describes her young family's attempts to overcome the difficulties that threaten to overtake their happiness. The story continues to unravel in a rural village in New Zealand where she says hope is subjected to loss.
"'Write it in the Hearts of Women' will find its place amongst those crying out to comprehend, understand and release their inner voice that struggles to rise up and be heard. It is an inspirational epilogue of truths that will connect with those desperate to be heard yet are stifled through emotion," Pourewa says. "Through these pages (she hopes readers) realise they do have a voice."

About the Author
Hinemoa Pourewa captivated the hearts of the young through her teachings as an early childhood educator. Gaining her bachelor's degree enabled her to express her understanding of the human spirit through the moral imagery of poetry, whilst accepting the challenging factors of dis-ease and the impact it laid out before her. Growing up in the dynamic cultural and spiritual aspects of New Zealand / Aotearoa, her self-discovery of survival repeatedly questioned the moral acceptance of failure, love and perseverance and the elements of the human spirit to survive. Thus she began to write. More information can be found on her website: https://www.hinemoapourewa-speaks.com.
