RICHMOND, Va. and DENVER, Colo., April 26, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Experience Senior Living Development (ESLD), a NexCore-owned company, announced today that it plans to develop a 103-unit seniors housing community in Atlee, an unincorporated sub-city in the greater Richmond Metro. Construction has already commenced.
Experience Senior Living at Richmond will be developed on an 8.34-acre parcel at the intersection of Atlee Station Road and Atlee Road in Atlee, in central Hanover County. The new senior community will be ideally located just north of the Interstate Highway 95/295 interchange, providing easy access to all points in the Greater Richmond area.
ESLD's latest development is the first that the Denver-based national real estate development company, specializing in seniors housing communities, will operate.
