Paden previously operated Tier 321 LLC, an independent business coaching and consulting company.

Paden is a graduate of Purdue University and, before becoming a business and sales coach, he worked for global corporations including Rolls-Royce, Qantas, Cummins, QuEST in various technology and leadership roles. He launched a business strategy and supply chain consulting company in 2008 and in 2014, was tapped to help launch a downtown Indianapolis-based engineering outsourcing office with QuEST-Global. He grew the business to a full build-out in downtown Indianapolis with 70 employees locally and another 70 globally. In March of 2017, he decided he was ready to go into business coaching full time through TIER321 LLC, which will transition with ownership of The Growth Coach.

Paden has lived in Zionsville for 27 years with his wife, Lori. The couple has two children in college who are attending Purdue University and Indiana State University along with a dog named Murphy.

Woods is a resident of Indianapolis and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management, with additional studies in Psychology. She has earned the designations of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and she has certifications in DDI Targeted Selection® behavioral interviewing skills, DiSC and PXT Select® suite of assessment tools.
