BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Holland & Hart announced the return of Partner Nadya Davis to the firm's Boulder, Colo. office. Davis reinforces Holland & Hart's depth of experience and Intellectual Property practice concentration by bringing invaluable perspective into the challenges faced by clients through her experience as an in-house counsel and from her deep knowledge of the food and beverage, pet food and product, and software product and service industries.
"Holland & Hart is excited to welcome back Nadya as we continue to expand our trademark team, recognizing each client and industry differs in its objectives and priorities for IP protection," said Dan Glivar, the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group lead. "Nadya's in-house experience will be highly valuable in enhancing the innovative solutions we offer to our clients."
Beginning her legal career at Holland & Hart in 2008, Davis was integral in managing domestic and worldwide trademark policing efforts for some of the most valuable brands in the world. She provides practical and dynamic counsel to local and international brand owners, assisting them with all aspects of prosecution, use, and enforcement of their most valuable intellectual property assets.
"I was a summer clerk at Holland & Hart, and it is where I spent the first nine years of my practice. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to serve as in-house counsel for several years. That experience has added a rich texture to my ability to efficiently and effectively serve my trademark clients," said Davis. "I am thrilled to be returning to this talented trademark team with its dynamic and sophisticated client base."
Davis provides clients efficient day-to-day responses and effective long-term management of their domestic and worldwide trademark portfolios. When her clients face a dispute over trademark use or ownership, she draws on her extensive experience with trademark and copyright litigation, including resolution of countless matters in federal court, before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and similar international forums, under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy, and through skillful negotiation with opposing parties in private settlement and alternative dispute resolution forums.
