Earle, who has been a nurse since 1995, is married to Jamie Earle and they have nine children. They've also been foster parents to more than 20 children over the years. Although Earle's favorite work was when she was in hospice, it was also the hardest to shoulder emotionally. Earle was looking for a way to combine her passion for helping people, especially seniors, with her desire to own her own business when something serendipitous happened.
