As General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Summit Financial Resources, Gappmayer developed expertise in factoring and loans secured by accounts receivables, inventory, equipment, and other assets. He also gained extensive experience in advising clients on a broad spectrum of legal issues related to business, including corporate transactions and governance, business formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, litigation, employment matters, and other general business needs.
