Mr. Sherman will lead the company's growth initiatives across product development, operations, and sales.

As a seasoned financial technology executive with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Sherman has helped to build, grow, and manage several technology and data-driven companies. Mr. Sherman joined Ipreo, a global provider of financial services, technology, data, and analytics as part of its executive management team at its formation in 2006. He served as one of the lead executives who helped scale the company until its eventual acquisition by IHS Markit for $1.85 billion in August of 2018. At the time of the purchase, Mr. Sherman was the Executive Vice President and Head of the Global Markets Group at Ipreo, a division that provided critical software, content, and analytics to help clients successfully manage and execute deals across multiple asset classes, and all major financial markets throughout the world. Following the acquisition, Mr. Sherman continued to serve as the Head of the Global Markets Group at IHS-Markit until his departure earlier this year.
Prior to Ipreo / IHS Markit, Mr. Sherman was a Partner at The Carson Group, where he and the executive management team led the growth of the business through the 1990s, and which culminated in an eventual sale of the business to Thomson Financial in 2000. Following the purchase, Mr. Sherman served as the Executive Vice President of Data Strategy & Analytics at Thomson Financial's Corporate Group.
