Global Blockchain Convergence (“GBC”) announced today its DeFi Risk, Regulation and Reputation Webinar, scheduled to take place on October 21st at Noon (12pm) ET. This webinar continues GBC’s focus on DeFi.
Emma Channing, General Counsel at Satis Group and GBC Steering Committee member, expressed, "Despite many deeply held views, much of DeFi is likely regulated to one degree or another. The degree will depend greatly on variety of factors, including the degree of control that one or more persons has over the protocol. It remains to be seen how soon we will see enforcement, but this panel will undoubtedly dive into these issues with a great deal of lively debate."
