ExtensionEngine to create a custom learning experience for New Teacher Center
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. The online learning experience will help NTC scale its program and create high-quality mentoring and professional development, build leadership capacity, enhance teaching conditions, improve retention, and transform schools into vibrant learning communities.
New Teacher Center partners with states, school districts, and policymakers to design and implement programs that create sustainable, high-quality professional development opportunities for teachers and school leaders. The organization helps school districts, specifically low-income, high-needs districts and schools, to build capacity by providing continuous professional growth best practices and opportunities. NTC improves student learning and educator effectiveness through teacher induction, instructional coaching, early learning, and school leadership programs. The online learning platform will support learning, operations, analysis, and more. ExtensionEngine is supporting NTC by providing platform strategy, learner experience design, application design, content development, system development, deployment, and system integration.
