With hardhats on and shovels in hand, Michael J. Kokes and Clark McIntyre of Homestake Capital; Winslow Township Mayor Barry Wright, and Stephen Patron and Chris Patron of Harvestate Group broke ground on what is certain to become a substantial ratable for Winslow Township. John Kirkenir, also a partner on the project, was not present for the groundbreaking.

"We have some homeowners back here in The Woodlands that were very concerned about what was going to go on this particular piece of property. So, when Steve and his partners came up with the idea of building a climate-controlled self storage facility, a true top-class operation like everything else Steve does, we knew it would be a great ratable for Winslow."

The new Extra Space Storage facility in Winslow, expected to open in January 2020, will accommodate 595 storage units across 66,300 rentable SF. "This is a wonderful project, and it couldn't have happened without our entire team, and Winslow Township is very much a part of that team," said Patron.
