Most exciting is the announcement of the new Chair for the IARFC Board of Trustees. Effective January 1, 2023, Barry L. Dayley, MRFC®, CFP® will assume the responsibilities. The IARFC says goodbye to Dr. H. Stephen Bailey, MRFC® as he steps down after many years of leadership for the Association. "Taking over for Steve as Chair is a hard act to follow, remarks Dayley. "He has guided the IARFC through some very tough years resulting in an Association that is ready to move forward with an aggressive concentration on growing the membership. I welcome the challenge to build on his achievements and increase the IARFC footprint."
