LOS ANGELES, Jan. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Award-winning Drummer, Producer, and Composer Javo Barrera releases his latest single and lyric video "Into the Sunset" via Growing Soul Records in collaboration with emerging artist Julia Brite. The single is the first song to come from his upcoming album, Against the Nullah, scheduled to be released in Spring of 2019. The lyric video premieres directly on YouTube – watch here.

The single marks the first collaboration between Julia Brite and Javo Barrera. On the making of this song, Javo commented, "I've performed on some of the largest stages in Mexico with an audience that moved me like electricity. I felt the same energy working with Julia. It was electrifying!"
"Into the Sunset" was written and produced by Roman Bokarev. Bokarev has previously collaborated with world renowned jazz guitarist Al DiMeola, alongside vocalists Angie Stone, Macy Gray and R&B singer Joe for the album Vocal Rendezvous.
"Into the Sunset" channels personal experiences and embraces the remarkable sunsets of Western Florida, specifically at an hour that comes right after the sunset and before the sunrise often called 'the blue hour.'
In 2012, Javo Barrera moved to LA from his hometown Mexico City and immediately be-gan crafting his much-anticipated contemporary Jazz debut, "Far From Home". Through his versatility and musicality, he has also collaborated in many roles with international mu-sicians and Latin pop artists such as Franco De Vita, Paulina Rubio, Najje, Cristian Castro, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Alejandra Guzman, among many others. Javo Barrera, respected among his peers as an A-List session and live musician, he recorded drums on three Grammy Award winning albums including La Quinta Estacion's "Sin Frenos" (U.S. Grammy) and "El Mundo Se Enquivoca" (Latin Grammy) as well as Gilberto Santa Rosa's "Necesito Un Bolero" (Latin Grammy).
This song marks Julia Brite's second collaboration with a significant name in the industry. In 2017, she was featured on the pop track "Frozen Fire" on the album titled Géopoétique by famed French artist MC Solaar. The album reached #1 in France, garnered platinum sales status and in February 2018, won the Album of Songs of the Year Award in France. There is more to come from Julia Brite in 2019.
