The Eusery's will leverage their combined experience and family-focused approach to assist home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors in the Houston area.

The Eusery's have been in the real estate game since Jocelyn was a young girl. Her parents moved many times when she was growing up, and developed a penchant for buying and selling homes. By the time Jocelyn went to college, Felicia and Edward had built up a portfolio of rental properties in the Houston area, all while maintaining full-time jobs—Felicia as a computer engineer and Edward as a plant manager.
Seeing real estate as an opportunity to do something as a family, Jocelyn and her younger sister Brittany decided to follow in their parents footsteps. Jocelyn acquired her real estate license at the end of last year, and Brittany will acquire hers by August of 2019. In January, Jocelyn formed the Eusery Team with her parents. After speaking with Real Regional Growth Leader Dory Gordon, they decided to bring the team under Real.
"With Real, we have a large network of agents and brokers who we can talk to when we need assistance," says Jocelyn, who also recently graduated from Prairie View A&M University with an MSA in accounting. In terms of working with her family, Jocelyn says the key is delegating responsibilities. Given that Jocelyn is younger, she works primarily with first-time homebuyers. Felicia specializes in resellers, and Edward's forte is working with real estate investors.
"Being in business with my family has been a lot of fun," says Jocelyn. "It has allowed us to spend more time together doing something we are all interested in. Plus, we are helping people."
The clients like working with a family as well. Jocelyn says clients tell her that they trust her more than a normal agent because her family is also involved in the process. This leads to a more comfortable experience for all parties involved.
