WOBURN, Mass., April 7, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Fantastic Sams is proud to announce its spot on the Forbes list of America's Best Mid-Sized Employers in 2021. The salon franchise is ranked number 68 on the list of 500 companies.
Forbes partnered with research firm Statista to survey 50,000 Americans who work for businesses with 1,000 or more employees. Participants were asked about their willingness to recommend their employer to friends or family members and were also asked to nominate companies on their own.

With about 800 franchised locations operating across the country, Fantastic Sams salons pride themselves on providing full service, cut and color salon services at an affordable price with a focus on technical expertise and guest experience.
At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, company leadership quickly saw the challenges ahead for franchisees, employees, and guests. They created a forum newsletter for the network which was distributed several times a week. It detailed helpful information including the latest CDC guidelines as well as information about government financing or grants and educational, training, and vendor opportunities that could be useful to each franchisee.
As the country continues to reopen, Fantastic Sams is dedicated to building on its push toward collaboration and teamwork at all its branded salons.
