Far West Equipment Dealers Association Hosts “A Warrior's Mind” With Former Navy Seal Shannon Rusch, Focuses On Critical Leadership and Team-Building Skills

The FWEDA 2020 Regional Leadership Series is a must-attend event for any business leader looking to enhance their leadership abilities by focusing on leadership strategies, procedures and best practices to achieve mission results.

Far West Equipment Dealers Association’s 2020 Regional Leadership Series brings together business’s most influential leaders for professional development and networking. The program will showcase Shannon Rusch of Victory Strategies, a leadership consultancy of elite military members, Fortune 500 executives and high impact entrepreneurs that works with business leaders to increase sales and improve client relationships using proven team building and leadership development strategies.

As a former Navy Seal, Rusch brings a wealth of wisdom experience and expertise as a trainer, speaker and coach, advising numerous Fortune 500 companies over the years. This must-attend program is open to both members and non-members, providing series sessions including presentations on rewarding key employees, legislative and compliance topics and updates on FWEDA’s advocacy on behalf of dealers.

The Regional Leadership Series is scheduled March 10th in Phoenix, Arizona, June 9th in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Sept 22nd in Fresno, California. Sessions are free to FWEDA members and open to nonmembers and the public. RSVP is required.

The 2020 FWEDA Experience highlights an expanded, full-day program with Victory Strategies’ Elite team members featuring customized sessions, tailored coaching, athletic activities and “fireside chats”. Additional presentations include topics such as legislative advocacy, industry relations, and investing in employees. Lunch will be served to attendees.
