WALNUT, Calif., Sept. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Farlong Pharmaceutical, a vertically integrated, plant-based ingredient and supplement company, is donating 10% of September sales from Lifeflower® Breviscapine to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) to increase awareness of the cognitive disease and in honor of World Alzheimer's Month.
Farlong's donation will support AFA's mission of providing support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure. Founded in 2002, the AFA operates a National Toll-Free Helpline (866-232-8484); provides, free, confidential memory screenings at sites across the country; and works with professional caregivers and dementia-care settings to provide them with additional training and continuing education to elevate the level of care they provide on a daily basis.
