Farman is a civil engineer, licensed in several states and Canadian provinces. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in land development, including civil engineering, architecture, design, construction, and project management as well as business development and client relationship management. During his career, Mr. Shir has been the engineer-of-record for over 1200 land development and renewable/alternative energy projects.
Farman has a civil engineering degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University and an MBA from the University of Texas. He has extensive experience in retail projects including the development of various Walmart, Home Depot, Circle K, Murphy Oil, ALDI, and Walgreens locations.
Prior to joining EBI Consulting, Farman was a principal at a national engineering & architecture firm, overseeing civil engineering operations in multiple offices in addition to business development and marketing activities.
