Announcing the Premiere of Award-Winning Fashion Photographer's Behind The Scenes Video For "Dark Beauty"
Boston, MA (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- Recently, McElroy Films LLC was approached by award-winning fashion photographer, Niki Lazaridou, to film behind the scenes at her "Dark Beauty" photo shoot. The setting: The Historic, beautiful, and dreary Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston. The massive grave stones and intricately detailed mausoleums were a perfect backdrop for the dark and sultry attire on display.
Producer and Editor, Evan Perry reflects on his unique experience with the photographer, saying, "It was eerie to take in the cold silence, but very fun to watch Niki’s artistry at work."
Niki Lazaridou is a freelance fashion and portraiture photographer. During her media studies, she started her career as a freelance photographer in 2008. Niki managed to collaborate with Fashion TV, Photo Vogue, and a variety of different magazines internationally. Along the way, Niki was awarded in the UK for her photography projects; in 2012 "Best Photography Project of The Year" Ian Evans Award, and on 2013 "BCU Discoveries competition" alumni award.
"Photography is my passion. I was meant to do this, I enter a different world once I step behind the camera, and that world feels wonderful," says Niki Lazaridou.
In order to create a specific style for each concept, Niki collaborates closely with several different teams to create the final image. Each concept is unique and represents her photographic style. Her avant-garde concepts and fearless attitude sets her images apart from the conventional fashion photographers.
