The new Journal of Emerging Litigation will be led by Managing Director and Founder of HB Litigation Conferences Tom Hagy, who was the former Publisher and Managing Editor of LexisNexis Mealey's Litigation Reports. The Journal will be published by Full Court Press, the imprint of Fastcase.
