Faults of Hamilton’s Federalism Dissected in New Political Book
GREEN BAY, Wis. (PRWEB) April 22, 2019 -- With the 2020 election approaching, now is the time for people to create change by becoming aware of the issues facing the country and to vote accordingly. Examining the historical and philosophical foundations of today’s constitutional government in the United States, author Mart Grams discusses the conflict over rights and a plan of action to return the Republic to the people by taking it back from the elites in his book “The Failed Experiment: Was Hamilton Right?”
With many Americans believing there is excessive government overreach and that the federalism of Alexander Hamilton has prevailed over the ideals of Thomas Jefferson, Grams has determined that a push for greater self-governance is in order.
Having taught idealistic government and economics courses in a high school setting, Mart found that what he was teaching was straying further away from the ideal. With so many disillusioned by the system to the point of not even voting, Mart was encouraged to write the book to motivate them to get involved in politics again.
“After many years of teaching about the government that was slowly breaking before our eyes, I felt someone needed to yell the truth from the mountain tops,” said Grams. “This led me to motivate non-voters, patriots, and disillusioned millennials to retake the Republic the Founders and Framers gave us.”
The US Review of Books describes “The Failed Experiment”: “A retired teacher, Grams often approaches his subject as if speaking to a student, making obvious effort to ensure that the concepts introduced are thoroughly understood and examined in all aspects.”
