FEI to Present at the Health Benefits Conference and Expo
MILWAUKEE, Wis. FEI Senior Account Manager Randy Kratz will present Move to the Front: A Brain Science Approach to Critical Incident Stress Management on Jan. 30 at 9:45 a.m. EST.
Kratz’s presentation will discuss how human resources and benefits professionals can identify and react to the employee impact of critical incidents using “Move to the Front,” a stress management practice that incorporates evolving science of the brain. Psychological first aid, critical incident response, employee assistance programs and case studies will all be discussed as tools to building “Move to the Front” resiliency in employees and organizations.
Kratz is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed professional counselor in the state of Wisconsin and has worked as both a counselor and a supervisor in outpatient and hospital settings for more than 15 years. He has been a workplace consultant for over 20 years, providing employers and employees with assistance for substance abuse, stress and conflict management, organizational change and other organizational challenges affecting people. He holds a bachelor’s in social work and a master’s in counseling psychology.
