2020 has been an unprecedented year. Finance executives have been left to navigate new territory as they lead their organizations through the global pandemic. And, there is much to consider — from general leadership issues such as health care planning and remote workforce management — to finance-specific issues such as tracking, forecasting and reporting.
"Given the state of corporate America today, it is more important than ever to stay connected to other business leaders as we collectively determine viable courses of action to manage business challenges," said Andrej Suskavcevic, CAE, President and CEO of FEI and FERF. "Our commitment to financial professionals has not changed. We continue to foster an environment for constructive discussions. Our content is curated to help finance leaders learn from each other and strengthen their overall leadership skills so that they can successfully meet the demands of today's extreme circumstances."
Conference sessions will focus on learning, collaboration, and building ideas for the rapidly changing future and will help financial leaders reflect on the fundamentals of their roles in both professional and societal change. Attendees will discover how to empower their workforce and foster a culture that will position their organization for success, while acquiring best practices and solutions to drive business strategy during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. There will also be interactive networking events and virtual activities uniquely designed to engage and connect attendees.
