Feldman Shepherd Attorneys File Civil Suit in Food Truck Explosion
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) June 17, 2015 -- Feldman Shepherd attorneys Alan M. Feldman, Daniel J. Mann, and Edward S. Goldis have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Uliser Galdamez, whose mother and sister, Olga and Jaylin Galdamez, suffered fatal burn injuries after an alleged deteriorating propane tank installed in their food truck ruptured. According to court documents, the resulting violent explosion and fire in Philadelphia’s Feltonville neighborhood on July 1, 2014 engulfed the food truck, known as the “La Parrillada Chapina,” also causing injury to eleven bystanders.
The Complaint filed by the Feldman Shepherd firm lists the U-Haul company as a defendant, contending that it regularly refilled outdated and deteriorating propane tanks, and also names Eri Vending Cart, Inc., the company responsible for designing and installing the food truck kitchen. the suit was filed in The Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County under case number 150601947.
