Fides Surpasses Growth Goals with New Customer Wins
ZURICH (PRWEB) May 03, 2018 -- Fides Treasury Services Ltd., the global leader in multi-bank connectivity and communications, announced that over the course of 2017 it continued its trajectory of business growth, onboarding over 80 new clients and extending contracts for 96 more.
Net-new direct customers include Millicom International Cellular SA, GlobeNet, Cochlear Limited, Ricola, CARE USA (Cooperative for Assistance and Relief Everywhere), and Hästens.
Clients that opted to extend their use of Fides solutions include The AES Corporation, TNT Swiss Post, Holcim, Trafigura, and Payoneer. The customized solution Fides developed for Payoneer won the Global Finance 2018 Treasury & Cash Management award for Best Corporate Implementation.
Fides is one of the first Service Bureaus globally to be certified for the renewed SWIFT Shared Infrastructure Programme (SIP v2). Over the past year, the company has developed or enhanced more than 200 file format converters to help customers communicate with all of their banks globally. Its ability to help clients securely connect to any bank through any channel, combined with its industry-leading payments and messaging solutions, Fides EFT and Fides ARS, has made Fides the multi-banking provider of choice.
During 2017, Fides formed a new department designed to improve and extend customer service, bringing Client Relations and Marketing together under the leadership of Simon Kaufmann. The company has also built out a client implementation team of specialists to faster support and run implementation projects.
Fides continues to onboard new staff in Project Management, Client Services, IT Infrastructure, and Testing to support business growth. Hardware infrastructure capacity has been increased by more than 40%.
To better serve all sizes of corporations, particularly those without the need or capacity to implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Fides recently redesigned its web applications, Fides EFT and Fides ARS. A beta version has been released to selected pilot-clients, and a global roll-out to all customers is planned to take place later in the year.
