FieldCap Doubles Customer Growth in First Half of 2019
FieldCap Inc., Canada's leading mobile field ticketing solution provider for energy service companies, announces they have doubled the number of new clients in the first six months of 2019 as compared to previous year same period.
CALGARY, Alberta, July 25, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FieldCap's Vice President of Operations & Business Development, Donovan Volk, attributes the growth to an expanded marketing/sales effort coupled with greater delivery capabilities. "We invested the time and energy needed to improve our online marketing activities and reach more energy services companies who are looking to improve their operations with an electronic field ticketing solution. We are receiving calls from our traditional home territory here in Canada but we're also getting more and more business from the US as their market continues to remain extremely busy. New clients are coming from Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and even Mississippi. The advantage we have with FieldCap as a web-based application is that we can support client wherever they are."
FieldCap is a cloud-based mobile field operations software designed to manage client contact information, job details, pricing, quotes, equipment, and field tickets along with customer-specific electronic forms such as safety incidents, inspections and other operational data reports. FieldCap was designed specifically for the field worker with an emphasis on simplicity in order to increase adoption in the field and, therefore, increase and accelerate the value of the implementations.
But simplicity of use doesn't mean that FieldCap is an unsophisticated solution. "FieldCap continues to evolve and our Configuration Console allows us to create solutions that match how our clients work," says Volk. "We recently launched two clients with very different and unique workflows – one is a trucking company that needed to create BOLs for each delivery and the other is a waste disposal company that implemented FieldCap to replace a legacy system that managed the receipt, disposal, and transfer of oilfield waste materials. It was truly amazing what we were able to accomplish in a short period of time."
"Our success in 2019 has been tremendous," said Brad Peterson, President and Founder of FieldCap. "I'm extremely proud of what we've done to help our clients. Growth is great, but our goal is to keep building a company that has a culture of serving the client. We want each client to know that we care about their success and will keep working hard to help them be successful. We are adding new team members that share our values and will help us grow."
"The 2x growth YOY in the first half should continue through 2019 due to a number of factors: First, the new Alberta government wants to drive growth and investment in Canadian energy projects by removing regulatory barriers that have hampered growth in the past. Second, the Producers are increasingly driving the service companies to provide electronic tickets for approval to streamline their own operations," continued Donovan Volk, VP Operations & Business Development. "Finally, the US market will continue to be a huge opportunity for FieldCap as prospects become more aware of our capabilities. I expect that we will add as many new US-based clients as we do from Canada."
