Financial Executives International Annuonces 2019-2020 Board of Directors
Financial Executives International (FEI), announced the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year, effective July 1, 2019. Ellen R.M. Boyer, CFO of Logic20/20 Inc. will serve as the national Board Chair.
MORRISTOWN, N.J., July 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Financial Executives International (FEI), the association of choice for CFOs and other senior-level finance executives, announced today the election of a new slate of executive officers and members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year, effective July 1, 2019.
Ellen R.M. Boyer, CFO of Logic20/20 Inc. will serve as the national Board Chair. She joined FEI in 2002 and was elected to the Board in 2014 as a Director. Boyer has served in various roles within FEI's Washington State Chapter, including serving as the President in 2013-2014.
Additional elected officers for the 2019-2020 fiscal year include:
- Andreas Rothe, CFO of Fragomen, will serve as Vice Chair. Since becoming a member of FEI in 2000, he has participated in various leadership roles for the New Jersey Chapter, and was elected to the Board as a Director in 2016 and served as the Association's Treasurer for the past two years.
- Bret Lawson, CFO of Hourigan, will serve as Treasurer. He has been a member of FEI since 2009 and has participated in many leadership roles prior to serving as FEI's Arizona Chapter President from 2012-2013. He was elected to the Board as a Director in 2016.
- Kevin T. McBride, VP, Finance and Corporate Controller of Intel Corporation, will again serve as Secretary. He joined FEI in 2012 and has served in leadership roles within FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting and Committee on Finance & Information Technology.
- Linda K. Zukauckas, EVP and Deputy CFO of American Express, will serve as Immediate Past Chair. She has been an active member of FEI since 2003, serving in leadership roles as President of the New York City Chapter, and a member of FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting prior to serving on FEI's Board of Directors since 2015.
