In this new role, Hayes will oversee the Chicago-based agency’s WordPress and .NET development teams and serve as the technology liaison for a range of global clients.

Hayes brings more than 25 years of technical leadership and software application development expertise. Most recently, he served as Lead Developer at the Chicago Sun-Times responsible for website development in addition to application and services development. Hayes was also previously engaged as Director of Technology for a large real estate brokerage and is as an 11-year veteran in the professional services industry.
