Phillip originally joined the team in January as Director of Technology and was charged with spearheading product development and building out DiversyFund's tech stack.

In addition to continuing his oversight of DiversyFund's technologies, in his new role as vice president Phillip will manage cross-departmental operations, develop and implement growth strategies, streamline business processes, ensure operational organization and oversee human capital strategies, which will include hiring and retaining top talent, as well as building a dynamic corporate culture.
Phillip brings to the VP role his deep-rooted experience in technology, product development and corporate architecture. Prior to joining DiversyFund, he ran a company that developed multiple products, data services and softwares across sectors. In addition to his role at DiversyFund, Phillip is an advisor at BlockWhale, a multi-exchange cryptocurrency trading platform.
