Hortense Soulier has been elevated to director of performance marketing from her previous position as senior marketing manager, and Shayan Rajabi has been promoted to real estate manager from his former position as an investment analyst.

As director of marketing and analytics, Soulier will oversee all customer acquisition marketing initiatives aimed at growing DiversyFund's investor community. Her responsibilities will include leading the marketing team in the development of effective, integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition through strategic partnerships and data-driven campaigns; optimizing the overall customer experience through customer-centric programs based on personalization, automation and seamless collaboration between internal teams; and overseeing DiversyFund's data strategy and build an advanced marketing attribution ecosystem to inform decision-making and improve overall business effectiveness.
In Rajabi's new role as real estate manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the successful operations and management of all of DiversyFund's real estate assets and transactions in accordance with the company's investment strategy. Rajabi will manage DiversyFund's investments from acquisition to project development to property and asset management and ultimately the disposition of the properties. He will be directly involved in ensuring that proper due diligence is performed on future deals. Additionally, Rajabi will continue to be actively involved with project management, which involves improving existing assets to achieve successful and profitable disposition.
