Regina Miller has been named the Product Manager for First Healthcare Compliance, a privately-owned business enterprise which helps physicians and other healthcare providers comply with federal rules and regulations. As the Product Manager, Ms. Miller is responsible for leading and driving the company’s product development initiatives by launching new features and products and managing vendor relationships. She has over 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Miller plans to build on the success the company has already achieved by continuing to serve as a resource to clients and keeping the focus of the product on usability. “In overseeing management of the product, I hope to increase efficiency and add valuable features for clients,” said Miller. First Healthcare Compliance Founder and President, Julie Sheppard said Miller’s experience and attention to detail will serve the company well. “Regina is able to easily identify and prioritize tasks according to the needs of our clients.” Prior to joining First Healthcare Compliance, Miller held leadership positions in client services and in the technical product support industry with Cerner, Siemens and Shared Medical Systems. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Policy, Planning and Administration from Penn State University and is a Certified Professional in ITIL Foundations
