FirstService Residential Adds Portland on the Park to Arizona High-Rise Management Portfolio

PHOENIX, Sept. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FirstService Residential, Arizona's leading HOA management company, has been awarded the community management contract for Portland on the Park in Phoenix, Arizona. FirstService Residential assumed management on August 1, 2019.

Portland on the Park is a 14-story luxury high-rise building consisting of 149 units. Featuring city, park and mountain views, the high-rise is located near the I-10 freeway and Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix. Portland on the Park is also within walking distance to the Arts and Entertainment District, with access to award-winning restaurants, popular music venues and several museums.
