Community Associations Institute (CAI) - New Jersey Chapter Recognizes FirstService Residential's Team
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., Feb. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company, received several awards from Community Associations Institute's (CAI) New Jersey chapter last night at their annual awards ceremony.
The awards include the following:
Eileen Szelewicki: Candice Bladt Community Manager of the Year Award recognizing the efforts of community managers and their importance to the chapter. The winner of this award is selected through a nomination process that is voted on by the CAI-NJ membership.
Erin O'Reilly: The Denise M. Becker Woman of the Year Award is presented to a female leader who is a standout in the industry and who has distinguished themselves to the chapter as a leader in the industry.
The board and team at FirstService Residential-managed Regency at Monroe in Monroe Township: Community Association Board of the Year. This award is presented to the association board, which is dedicated to improving the industry through education and advocacy. It recognizes the board's passion for education, best practices, and support of the community association industry.

Szelewicki, portfolio manager, has been in the industry for 25 years, working for FirstService Residential, serving numerous communities throughout New Jersey. She exemplifies all the traits of a great manager, including passion, empathy, and dedication.
O'Reilly, director of property operations, joined FirstService Residential in 2014. She has held many roles within the company including community manager and regional manager where her responsibilities included supporting high-rise communities by providing leadership and support to managers and boards, managing large capital projects, creating annual operating budgets, and training and developing the team.
Under the leadership of Stephanie Harmon, general manager, FirstService Residential has proudly partnered to manage Regency at Monroe for 18 years. The board, the management team, and the residents received this prestigious award as a testament to the unwavering dedication, leadership, and commitment of the team, who work tirelessly to uphold the highest standards for their community.
