FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Oct. 10, 2018, at 11 a.m., to mark the opening of its new 24/7 Las Vegas Customer Care Center at 4040 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 220. The event will be led by company CIO Alan Missen, Market President Steven Parker and National Customer Care Director Rolando Hernandez.
“We moved our Las Vegas Customer Care Center to this new modernized, larger location in order to build out the environment and infrastructure our customer care associates need to support the communities we serve,” said Missen. The new 8,460-square-foot center features a dedicated state-of-the-art training room to instruct associates on best practices when responding to inquiries. “The phone system, computers and furniture were also upgraded so associates would be more comfortable and have the proper resources they need to provide superior customer service that makes a difference in the lives of those we serve, every day.”
Missen also pointed out that although the location and space have changed, the dedicated 24/7 support that FirstService Residential’s Customer Care Centers provide remain the same.
“Our centers respond to an average of 5,000 calls per day. Residents are able to reach out to us anytime, day or night, by phone, email or social channels,” stated Hernandez. “Even residents who don’t speak English are able to reach out to us. We have onsite associates who can provide Spanish-language assistance, and we work with an interpretation service to communicate with residents in other languages. We are the only residential property management company that offers this level of care.”
Currently, 52 customer care representatives work out of the new Las Vegas center, which can accommodate another 30 associates if needed. Additionally, the Las Vegas customer care associates are complemented by staff at a second Customer Care Center in Hollywood, Florida, which opened in 2017, to maintain service continuity in the event of weather, maintenance, peaks in calls or other events that require more hands on deck.
FirstService Residential has invited several community leaders to the ribbon cutting, as well as the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. The company will also be streaming the event on a dedicated Facebook Live feed at 11 a.m. Pacific time.
