FirstService Residential to Manage 388 Owners Association in Pasadena

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract for 388 Owners Association in Pasadena, California. FirstService Residential will start managing the high-rise on May 1, 2021.

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading association management company, was awarded the management contract for 388 Owners Association in Pasadena, California. FirstService Residential began managing the 9-story luxury high-rise in Pasadena on May 1, 2021.

388 Owners Association completed its first phase in 2019 by Adept Urban, a full-service construction, architecture and development company, with a 9-story tower and 57 mixed-use units. The second phase will add 48 units to the high-rise, resulting in a full build-out of 105 units. The 9-story tower features ribbon windows that allow each unit to be flooded with natural light and provide expansive views of the San Gabriel Mountains to the north and Downtown Los Angeles to the west. The high-rise is located within walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants in Old Town Pasadena and the Playhouse Districts.
